Week 1 - Sep 9-14, 2026
Seattle beat New England in last season's championship game, and also has a strong advantage playing at home
Los Angeles looks extremely strong this season with the additions of Myles Garrett and Aaron Donald on the D-line. I think they should win this matchup. The only issue I have with this game is the fact that it is played in Australia, and the time change may affect the players a bit.
I think Aaron Rodgers's experience will win this game. Atlanta QB Tua Tagovailoa is playing with a brand new team, and may need more time to connect with his players.
Baltimore was strong in the preseason, and I think they will be tough to beat this season. Indianapolis QB Daniel Jones is also coming off a torn Achilles, which may make his first game back a little more difficult.
I think Buffalo's offense is overall stronger, and they should take the win in this matchup.
Chicago showed us how good they can be last season, and while Carolina also proved they can play too, I think Chicago will get the win in this matchup.
The Jaguars were strong last season, and with this being Cleavland QB Deshaun Watson's first start in a long time, it may take some time for him to gel with the team. Jacksonville should have the win here.
While New Orleans QB Tyler Shough finished his rookie season very strong, Detroit QB Jared Goff and the Detroit offense is so strong at home, that they should win this matchup
It's a new offense for New York QB Geno Smith, and Tennessee should get the win in this one.
With a healthy QB in Joe Burrow, I think Cincinnati should take this game.
Considering Arizona's last season, and a new Head Coach, I think Los Angeles should get the W in this matchup at home.
With Kyler Murray's first game as the Minnesota starter, I think the experience of this Green Bay team will beat Minnesota in this game.
I think Kirk Cousins can lead Las Vegas to a win at home against a very new Miami offense.
Philadelphia should take this matchup as they are at home, and it is Washington QB Jayden Daniels's first start back from injury, which could make it a bit difficult for Washington's first game.
I think Dallas is just overall stronger right now, and New York is still learning as it is only QB Jaxson Dart and RB Cam Skattebo's second year, and WR Malik Nabers is coming off a torn ACL.
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City offense was not as strong as usual last season, and with Mahomes coming off injury it could take a few games until Kansas City can return to their usual dominance. I think Denver should take this matchup.
